eat confident collective

Join the premiere online group coaching program for women who are ready to end the battle with food guilt + body shame and cultivate peace, freedom, and confidence.

If you’ve spent years locked in a battle with your body, feeling confused or overwhelmed with trying to overhaul your eating, and feeling like a failure when nothing works long-term, then stick around…this is exactly the solution you’ve been searching for.

Let us help you heal your relationship with food, feel confident in your own skin, and empower you to nourish your body without dieting or deprivation!

  • Get to the root of why you have certain beliefs, behaviors and feelings around food

  • Improve your relationship with food and find eating habits which meet your needs without deprivation or restriction

  • Build your confidence with food by learning to focus on your overall health and well-being

  • Improve your body image through body respect

Here at Eat Confident Co, we use a weight-neutral, non-diet approach to health and well-being. That means we take the focus off of your weight (where you may have been putting the focus for much of your life) and putting it onto health-promoting behaviors.

Not only will that lead to more peace for you, but this approach has also proven to be the most effective + sustainable.

You don’t have to waste all your energy trying to shrink your body! You can put all that energy toward more worthwhile pursuits (like health, energy, and confidence)

Using Intuitive Eating principles, you’ll discover that all foods CAN fit as we help you build confidence, knowledge, and trust in your ability to make food decisions without a set of rules.

You’ll also discover that body image has less to do with how you look and everything to do with how you feel in and about your body.

We’ll help you realize that cultivating a positive body image is possible for you no matter what your size or weight, and we arm you with the tools and skills to do just that.

If anxiety about food or weight has taken all the pleasure out of eating for you, we want to help you love food again while respecting the body you’re in.

We’ll help you shift from intimidation, confusion and frustration, to peace, confidence, and satisfaction.

A healthy and positive relationship with food and your body is totally possible...and we can’t wait to help you find it!

why you can’t afford to stay stuck in the same old cycle with food + your body…

  • 95% of diets fail (including “lifestyle changes” that involve food restriction), and most dieters will regain any weight lost within 5 years (often plus more). (source)

  • 75% of American women engage in disordered eating behaviors (food restriction + dieting) out of a belief that it’s the healthy thing to do. (source)

  • 35% of “occasional dieters” progress into pathological dieting (i.e. disordered eating) and almost 25% will advance into full eating disorders. (source)

  • Dieting is only positively correlated with weight cycling + weight gain - not weight loss. (source)

  • Weight cycling (gaining + losing weight repeatedly) is correlated with inflammation + metabolic disturbances (blood pressure, blood sugar, etc.). (source)

Let’s face it…what you’ve been doing hasn’t been working. And it’s not going to.

The problem isn’t you…it’s your approach. Dieting doesn’t work, and it never will.

Following food rules doesn’t cultivate confidence with food + body, and it never will.

Food rules, restriction, deprivation, elimination, and shame won’t get you where you want to go.

If you’re ready to try a new approach that involves balance with food + respect for your body, we’re ready for you.

what some of our successful members have to say…

I found the Collective after a year in Weight Watchers. [Sitting in a meeting one day], it was like a light bulb went on for me and I realized that I was no longer going to pay a lot of money for marginal success + a giant dose of guilt and shame about my body. I am SO grateful for this group and for the amazing women here. It [has] felt freeing... I can already feel the benefits of being willing to make a big change.

-Amy, Eat Confident Collective member

During my own history…I have had temporary success with intuitive eating. However, it was overwhelming to me to do such a bold thing as ‘eat whatever your body says you should eat’ and so I went back to my old ways. I’m now in [the Collective] and I am so confident and feeling free again. The biggest difference for me is [having] support now from Emily + Stephanie and also this group. I am grateful beyond words.

-Rebecca, Eat Confident Collective member

I just have to express gratitude for all that I’ve learned and am learning through this group. My medical journey has taken me through the RINGER the past 6 months... the ups and downs have been crazy. In the past it honestly would have sent me spiraling to complete, crazy restriction to try and take control. But today I noticed how compassionate I was talking to my body without consciously making myself - I was completely, completely grateful and overwhelmed in the best way that my brain had gone there on its own. It made me want to reach through the computer and hug everyone in this group! All of this hard stuff that we’re digging through is worth it.

-Stephanie, Eat Confident Collective member

I decided I’d had enough of the back and forth [of diet culture]. I’d inhaled all the knowledge I could find - but I needed GUIDANCE. I had so many questions. So I joined the Collective. And it is the best decision I’ve ever made.

-Schuyler, Eat Confident Collective member

It has been amazing to see how much my life has changed since working with Stephanie and Emily, and the amazing ladies in the Collective. One of my main goals was to have more peace + joy in my life, and I feel like that has definitely happened. I am truly so grateful for this group.

how much does eat confident collective cost?

It’s definitely possible to heal your relationship with food on your own….but there are massive benefits to investing in yourself + learning our strategic process to get there more easily.

You could read books, follow social media accounts, and dig into the research and information on your own…but that would take a significant amount of time, energy, and commitment.

We want to help you feel more confident around food without the overwhelm and confusion. We want you to have a strategic process with specific action steps to make progress week after week, as well as a community that validates your achievements without focusing on weight loss.

One of the main reasons we created the Collective was to give you an easier, more efficient, and more effective map to implementing the right tools and strategies along the way.

Rather than wasting time, money, and energy, flailing around trying to figure it out yourself, you’ll have access to our expert guidance and a community filled with women going through the same challenges. You’ll have daily access to ask questions and regular coaching calls to get specific help with whatever your struggle is.

get started for just $49!

Although the Collective is a monthly membership program for only $49/month, we do highly encourage you to give yourself the time and space to make significant progress.

That’s why we’ve created packages (recurring payments for 3 or 12 months) to allow you to commit to yourself up front and make an investment of both time + money to truly become a confident eater.

Working with Emily or Stephanie one-on-one would cost many times more than $49/month, and you would get far less than the 9 hours of calls you get in the Collective. We’ve truly created the Collective to be a low-cost option for anyone looking to improve their relationship with food + their body.

that’s not all…we have bonuses for you!

about Emily + Stephanie

Have you ever thought, “Maybe I just can’t trust myself with food?” It’s an incredibly common concern, and we’ve been there too…

…which is why we created Eat Confident Collective. We believe you already have all the tools you need to know how to eat and care for yourself…You might just need some practice, support + encouragement in doing so.

Here’s the truth: Solving your eating problems by adding more food rules doesn’t work. This approach ignores your body’s natural ability to know what it needs, creating a disconnection between you and your body. It also creates distrust and fear around food and weight.

We firmly believe that your body has your back - it knows exactly what it needs and what weight it wants to be. Your job, then, isn’t to count calories, track macros, follow a meal plan or micromanage your weight. Your job is only to listen to, connect with and practice respect for what your body is communicating to you. And that’s exactly what we’ll teach you how to do!

As nutrition professionals, we can help you build confidence, knowledge, and trust in your ability to make food decisions without a strict set of rules. We use a weight-neutral, non-diet approach to health and well-being. This approach is well supported by science + clinical practice, and we’d love to help you implement the strategies + principles to begin living a life free of food and body preoccupation.

No matter how discouraged or hopeless you feel, we have every confidence that you can find a peaceful relationship with food and your body. And we’re here to help you get there.
