I’ve been in the diet culture for almost 45 years. It is a difficult mindset to change and will not happen overnight. I try to surround myself with positive feedback…but I still have times that my mind wants to swing back to diet culture.

After completing the self-assessment in this video series, I was surprised at how far I have come from the fear + distrust I felt for my body. I still have a lot of hard work to do, but it is so encouraging for me to see how far I have gone down the path to becoming a Confident Eater.
